I host virtual and in-person ReSourcing™ Yoga group classes in Santa Cruz, CA. For your convenience most classes are recorded and available on demand.

ReSourcing™ Yoga Classes are a playful blend of yoga inspired movement and breathing exercises, and somatic awareness techniques that promote mind-body integration and nervous system regulation. Inspired by insights from the fields of psychology, neurobiology and mindfulness. ReSourcing™ classes address stress and chronic burnout, build physical strength, improve motor control, germinate new, positive neural pathways and help us recover some of the old ones we used to enjoy.

OTHER DETAILS

Location: All in-person classes are held at Alma Yoga in downtown Santa Cruz at 738 Chestnut St.

Registration: Register and join us either in-person or zoom. A zoom link will be emailed to you upon completion of your registration.

Livestream: I won't be able to monitor your practice.  Please be responsible with your body. Take it easy. If you would like to set up private virtual or in-person sessions with me you can do that here.

Props: Don’t forget to BYOP (Bring Your Own Props). 1 mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap, and a blanket are recommended. Build your Yoga Duffle!

On Demand: Many classes are recorded and uploaded to my on-demand library. Production value is minimal but you will be able to take class at your convenience. All membership options include unlimited access to the entire library. There is also an inexpensive on-demand only option for those of you not on a membership tier. You will have to create a separate login to gain access to the on-demand library.
