REPLENISH & RESTORE

a retreat in Baja California Sur

May 10 - 16, 2026

It’s about time.

We offer our best to our communities and loved ones when we take the time we need to replenish ourselves. Whether you’re seeking rest, play, personal growth, a nervous system reset, or all of the above, prioritizing this time can be a challenge.

That’s where we come in.

Escape to serene coastal Baja, where the calming waves of the ocean and the gentle sway of palm trees set the perfect backdrop for your journey to deep restoration. We’ve handled everything so you can reconnect to your body, mind, and spirit— and return home rested, renewed, grounded, and inspired.

Yoga that meets you where you are

Our yoga teaching is designed to help you reconnect with your body—not by striving for the “perfect” pose, but by moving with intention, curiosity, and awareness.

Each practice blends functional movement, mindful strength, mobility, deep stretching, restorative yoga, breath techniques, and meditation to support both body and mind. Drawing from modern movement science, somatic awareness, and traditional yoga, our classes focus on improving mobility, building balanced strength, calming the nervous system, and cultivating a deeper connection to yourself.

Every session offers options for different experience levels, allowing you to honor your own body and energy each day. Whether you’re looking to release tension, move with greater ease, or simply enjoy the experience of being fully present, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more at home in your body—with practical tools you can carry into everyday life long after the retreat ends.

A typical day

Morning

Wake to the soft light of sunrise over the sea and the gentle sound of waves. Enjoy a light breakfast buffet with coffee or tea in the lush garden oasis of Casa Verde.

Ease into your day with grounding meditation and an uplifting yoga practice, focused on breath, movement, and nervous system restoration. After yoga, nourish your body with a wholesome locally-sourced brunch.

Evening

As the sun sets, we gather for a gentle evening practice—restorative yoga, breathwork, or meditation—designed to quiet the mind and prepare you for deep rest.

We’ll share dinner as a community each night, enjoying wholesome, beautifully prepared meals made with care by our local chef. After dinner, unwind in a traditional Mexican temazcal— a sacred sweat lodge experience that’s soothes the body, calms the mind, and gently cleanses from within.  Some evenings include special experiences like a sound bath or fireside meditation beneath the stars.

Midday

The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own rhythm —to explore or rest as your body and spirit call you.

Some curl up with a book or journal beneath the shade of a palm. Others walk the beach, bike through cactus-lined trails, swim in the sea, or explore the town. Solo or together, the point is, you finally have time and space to enjoy the day at your own pace.

Special Experiences

Is this retreat for me?

Some yoga experience is recommended; however, we welcome a wide range of experience levels and strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Whether you haven’t practiced in years, have a dedicated practice, or fall somewhere in between, you’ll find options that allow you to move at your own pace while still feeling challenged, supported, and inspired.

If you’re looking to reconnect with yourself, enjoy thoughtful movement, spend time in nature, and share the experience with a wonderful group of people, we think you’ll feel right at home.

Our Location

La Ventana, Baja California Sur

Nestled along the eastern edge of Baja on the shores of the Sea of Cortez sits the small coastal town of La Ventana. Once a sleepy fishing village known only to locals and adventurous travelers, La Ventana was discovered by windsport enthusiasts in the 1990s and has since become an internationally renowned destination while retaining its laid-back pace of life.

La Ventana is famous for many things, but its natural beauty is perhaps its greatest gift. Framed by turquoise waters, dramatic desert mountains, and forests of towering cardón cacti, it is a place that invites both adventure and restoration.

In spring, as the winter winds subside, La Ventana reveals a quieter side—warm sunny days, calm seas, spectacular sunsets, and star-filled skies. Whether you’re walking the beach at sunrise, exploring desert trails, paddleboarding in the bay, or simply relaxing beneath a palapa with a good book, the beauty of Baja has a way of slowing you down.

Casa Verde

Our retreat is hosted at Casa Verde, an intimate beachfront boutique hotel in the heart of La Ventana. Set among swaying palms and lush tropical gardens, Casa Verde overlooks the turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez and offers a peaceful setting to slow down, reconnect, and settle into the rhythms of Baja.

Family-owned and thoughtfully designed, Casa Verde blends traditional Mexican charm with modern comfort. Colorful casitas and open-air gathering spaces create an atmosphere that is relaxed, welcoming, and deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the property throughout the retreat, including the rooftop yoga palapa, paddleboards, snorkel equipment, gardens, hammocks, lounge chairs, fire pit, and traditional temazcal sweat lodge.
